Breakage and tweens

Hi all,

My daughter will be 11 on Monday and since she was about 2, her hair has always been very dry. At one point, it was very healthy and thick. Over the last several weeks, it has been breaking and her back (in spaces) she has a twa. She doesn’t keep her bonnet on at night, and she sleeps on a pillow (that I tell her not to do) that I believe is another culprit of the loss. Plus this also be hormones? She hasn’t started her period, but she definitely shows signs of pms. My daughter is also an over achiever, so she stresses herself out about school, when she very easily does well. Any thoughts is greatly appreciated.
