How to moisturize my daughters hair properly

Hi I am a first time mom doing some research on hair care and your blog is amazing  i really hope you can help me.  My daughter is 11 months old with type 4b hair. Currently I am using the following products in her hair : Shea Moisture Extra Nourishing Shampoo, Conditioner and Detangler as well as the Shea Moisture Kids Curling Butter Cream.  I chose these products because my daughters hair was dry and breaking really badly whenever I styled it. So far it has stopped the breakage however it doesn’t help with moisturizing it gives her hair this wet shine look at first and then in a few hours her hair is dry once more. also since she was younger the sides of her hair is taking longer to grow than the middle which is full and thick. I would like your advice on what products i can use to moisturize her hair as well as what would help the sides to grow.

NB she has eczema so all natural products would be preferred. Thank you in advance.
